Beckett woke up this morning with a swollen foot. Then a rash developed, then his leg started to swell. Now his other foot is swelling and the rash is up to his knee on one leg, and over his ankle on the other. Needless to say we are on the way to the doctors.
Update: Doctor says it is an autoimmune response to a virus (possible the same virus that caused the wheezing). We are monitoring his condition for the next 24 hours to see if he improves or worsens. If the rash continues to spread, we will start steroids.
