Beckett Update

Beckett's rash has continued through the month of November. He has tested negative for food allergies, and we are awaiting the test results for seasonal/household allergies. His pediatrician has indicated that the rash is most likely an auto-immune response. It could be as 'simple' as a response to a particular virus and will only happen when that virus is present. Or it could be a more complicated auto-immune disorder, like juvenile rheumatoid arthritis. We have an appointment in early January at Johns Hopkins with an auto-immune specialist, who will hopefully have answers.

So far, the rash does not appear to both Beckett. At it's worst, it covers from the soles of his feet to the top of his legs, but it is not swollen, it does not itch. Please keep him and his doctors in your prayers.
