Tallula has a school shirt that she is supposed to wear on the 1st of every month (school spirit day) and on her field trips. BUT, it is way too big and she doesn't like to wear it. So, being very adventurous and getting in way over my head, I set out to transform her t-shirt into a dress. After a few panicked phone calls, Grandma helped talk me through things like sewing a yoke and creating sleeves. So after a very long day, here is the before and after. I almost want to wake her up to try it on....but that can wait until morning.
